What we agree to.

These terms cover every sourcing, negotiation and freight engagement we take on. Sending us a request means you accept them.

Quotes and approval

Every quote is itemised: the cost of the asset, our fee, freight, clearing and duties are shown separately. Nothing is ordered, paid for or moved without your written go-ahead. Quotes hold for the period stated on them; currency moves and supplier availability can change a price after that window closes.

Payment

Assets are secured against payment on the agreed terms of each quote. Deposits on rare or made-to-order items are non-refundable once the supplier has been committed, because the asset has already been taken off the market on your behalf.

Delivery and risk

Timelines are our best estimate from the routes available at the time of quoting. Carrier delays, customs inspections and force majeure sit outside our control, and we will tell you as soon as one affects your crossing. Insurance is arranged on request and quoted separately.

Condition and authenticity

We verify condition and provenance to the fullest extent the seller and the item allow, and pass on exactly what we find. Manufacturer or supplier warranties, where they exist, pass through to you; we do not add our own guarantee beyond them.

Confidentiality

No client detail leaves the desk, and no supplier route is disclosed. The obligation runs both ways and outlives the engagement.
