What stays hidden.

We collect only what we need to answer your request: your name, contact details and a description of the artefact you are hunting. We use it to source, quote and deliver - nothing else.

What we keep

Your name, email address, phone number where given, and the details of each request you send us, along with the correspondence attached to it. Requests submitted through Speak into the Void are stored so we can track the hunt from first rumour to final delivery.

What we never do

We never sell your details, never pass them to advertisers, and never disclose supplier routes or client names. Identities on both sides of a deal stay cloaked.

Who sees it

Only the Spook desk. Where a shipment requires it, we share the minimum needed with freight agents and customs authorities to move your goods across a border - never more than the crossing demands.

How long we hold it

For as long as we are working on your request, and afterwards only where accounting or customs rules require us to keep a record.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request through Summon an Agent and we will action it.
